Radius Health Creative began, as all good things do, in the basement of small piri‑piri restaurant. It was here, tucked away in a corner of an unusually quiet Soho backstreet that Radius' soon‑to‑be founders were to be found discussing their long‑standing role at an-ever expanding network agency; namely how things had slowly but surely evolved away from a client-focused service. If only, they thought, they could go back to being solely focused on serving their clients' needs. Just then, an idea started cooking (although in retrospect, it may have been the chicken).
The premise was simple. To start a fiercely independent, global, female‑founded agency
— guided by a single principle:
to produce work to be truly proud of,
for every single client. Every single time.
As it turns out, they weren't alone in how they felt, soon finding themselves in conversations with like-minded people from all corners of the world. Tired of being forced to paint by numbers or cut corners for the sake of finances, these were strategic, creative and client-service experts that would soon become backbone of Radius Health Creative; risk-takers ready to work for an agency that valued their authenticity above all else.
It's this philosophy that has allowed us to consistently deliver meaningful change in healthcare — bringing diverse experience spanning therapy areas, budgets and borders. It's an agency for people who have been there, done that, and realised that the safe option isn't always the rewarding one — for you, for us, and for every patient at the end of it all.
Anyone entering that chicken shop back in 2020, may have glimpsed a hastily drawn symbol on the back of a slightly scrunched napkin: a circle drawn around a paper cup, finished with a certain distinctive mark in the centre. It's evolved slightly since then, but still reflects everything about who we are:
